Hypertrophy  3: This is a high volume hypertrophy plan integrating intensity techniques and “metabolic” style work. As such it should be used to squeeze the final drops of muscle growth out of a hypertrophy phase, and this mesocycle should not be repeated. This is again a 5 day split and gives a total of 6 weeks training with 1 deload week.
